Steps

1. Walk the mapped blocks and find trees younger than about three years.
2. Water each with 10 to 15 gallons slowly at the basin.
3. Weed and re-form basins and refresh mulch off the trunk.
4. Flag dead or damaged trees.
5. Photograph sample watered trees with GPS and date and log the count.
