How this work is done

Steps

1. Confirm the invitation and walk the home with the occupant, feeling for drafts at doors and window edges.
2. Photograph each draft point before sealing.
3. Apply foam or V-seal weatherstrip to door jambs and install door sweeps where daylight shows under doors.
4. Caulk small stationary gaps at window trim, keeping weep holes clear.
5. Close each door and window and confirm the draft is gone.
6. Photograph each sealed point and record the address block and date.
