Steps

1. Confirm the tenant's or owner's invitation and find drafts with the back of a hand on a windy day.
2. Photograph each leak point before sealing.
3. Apply removable-rated weatherstrip and door sweeps at doors, and rope caulk or film at the leakiest windows.
4. Fit foam gaskets behind outlet covers on exterior walls.
5. Confirm every door and window still opens and latches.
6. Photograph each sealed point with date and address block.
