2. Sort and load only what is safe with gloves: furniture, bagged trash, scrap, small appliances without refrigerant.
3. Photograph and report anything hazardous (drums, unlabeled containers, refrigerant appliances, suspected suspect cement-sheet) to county environmental health instead of handling it.
4. Haul the safe load to the Eel River transfer station during open hours.
5. Photograph the cleared shoulder and keep the disposal receipt.
