Steps

1. Photograph littered stretches of the assigned bank from the top of bank.
2. Collect litter from the dry upper bank and trail edges with grabbers and gloves.
3. Spool fishing line separately; bag and tally the rest.
4. Stage heavy finds at the trail for pickup and dispose of bags in park bins.
5. Photograph the cleared reach and the tally.
