How this work is done

A documented method, so this packet comes out the same whoever does it.

Steps

1. Open the period with the agent: read the live board and system truth, and set the period's bounded intents from the vision and the operator's direction.
2. Do the work at the desk: direct the agent through builds, author and wire work lanes, keep the validation gates green, and keep every registry and record true.
3. Ship each unit with its receipt: the commit hash, the green check output, and the posting or record it produced.
4. Keep the board's real-labor lanes healthy: postings flowing, proofs reviewable, nothing silently broken for the people doing the physical work.
5. Close the period on the board: what shipped, what was recorded, what is next, and the tools in use named, the models, the agents, and the software alike.
6. Nothing physical moves through this packet; anything that needs hands at a place is posted to the board for the people whose work it is.
