Steps
- 1. 拍摄作业前的树池状态,并与养护班组确认可动区域与弃置点。 Photograph the beds as found and confirm with the maintenance team which beds are in scope and where the arisings go.
- 2. 手工拔除树池与种植带内的杂草,连根取出,不使用任何化学药剂。 Hand-pull the weeds in the beds and strip, roots included, with no chemical product of any kind.
- 3. 补足并摊平覆盖层至设计厚度,树干周围留出一圈无覆盖的空隙。 Top up and level the mulch to the designed depth, leaving a clear ring of bare soil around each trunk.
- 4. 复原被踩塌的树池边缘,并把杂草与多余覆盖物运至指定弃置点。 Reshape any trodden bed edge and carry weeds and surplus mulch to the named disposal point.
- 5. 拍摄作业后照片,记录处理的树池数量与覆盖层厚度。 Photograph the finished beds and log how many beds were done and at what mulch depth.

What is promised, and what is not
Three separate acts, never one: a vote is a free signed preference that moves no money; a pledge is free signed backing intent, balance-checked, that moves no money and never marks the packet funded; funding is a real payment that backs the wage.
