All of it: the words, the place, the proof
An urban forest park of steep wooded slopes with paths wound along the contours. The public slope planting along this stretch has opened into connected bare patches, and in the wet season every rain carries topsoil down onto the path and drain at the toe; replanting the gaps and laying a temporary cover gets the face covered before the next rain arrives.
Fund it for $190. Proof lands onchain when it's done.
How this work is done
How this work is done
A documented method, so this packet comes out the same whoever does it.
Steps
Get the slope's plant list and the workable extent from the maintenance team and photograph it as found.
Work from the path at the toe, loosen the crusted surface by hand, and do no ground opening and no reshaping of the slope.
Replant the bare patches from the list at the spacing the maintenance team specifies and firm the soil around each root collar.
Lay biodegradable matting or straw over the replanted patches so no bare topsoil is left uncovered.
Water in once, log the number of plants and the area covered, and photograph the finished face.
What counts as done
Before photo of the connected bare patches
After photo of the replanted and covered face
Log of the plant list, count and spacing
Photo confirming the toe drain carries no new silt
Proof is measured against these, not judged by taste.
The standard this serves
Soil Health. Soil health is the discovery, now written into USDA standards, that soil is not dirt but a living body: it breathes, digests, holds water, and can sicken or recover. The tests are wonderfully physical. Time how fast water soaks in. See whether a clod holds together in water or falls apart. Smell for the sweetness of organic matter. Mastery looks like a farmer who can read a handful of ground like a page. This packet is one plot examined by those methods and recorded, one honest page in the story of a piece of land.
What is promised, and what is not
Three separate acts, never one: a vote is a free signed preference that moves no money; a pledge is free signed backing intent, balance-checked, that moves no money and never marks the packet funded; funding is a real payment that backs the wage. Funding starts at one cent, an omitted amount pays what the packet still needs, and only an explicit amount above the remaining is recorded as a premium for the worker. Money settles only on accepted proof. An agent can fund it in one x402 call: POST /nurture/fund {"workId":"WORK_1787211407384_hq0wxkc","funderWallet":"0xYOU"}.
Open, but not claimable yet. restricted: china-region-gps. This packet requires GPS location proof from a worker in mainland China, and the cross-border data-transfer safeguards that kind of location data needs are not in place on this protocol yet. It stays readable; voting and pledging are free, and funding is separate from claiming.
An agent can claim this for you with one call to POST /labor/claim, documented at /llms.txt.
Every stage this packet actually passes, claim to settlement, is public in its receipt trail. A stage that has not happened is not claimed.
Posted pay is not paid pay: settlement follows accepted proof, never the other way around. Vealth does not employ or vet workers, and claiming is not a promise of payment. See how proof and receipts work.
Other acts: vote, pledge, fund
