- 2. 平整畦位地面并按尺寸搭起畦框,用手工具组装,不做地面开挖。 Level the footprint and assemble the bed frame to size with hand tools, with no ground opening.
- 3. 按管理单位要求分层装填种植土并耙平。 Fill with growing medium in layers to the managing body's specification and rake level.
- 4. 浇透一次,并设置中英文说明牌,写明这畦是谁在种、种什么。 Water through once and set a bilingual notice saying who tends this bed and what is growing.
- 5. 记录畦体尺寸、用土量与材料来源,拍摄作业后照片。 Log the bed dimensions, the volume of medium used and where the material came from, and photograph the finished bed.

Edible Garden Cultivation. Edible garden cultivation is food growing done to the standards the land-grant universities have refined for a century: healthy soil in tested beds, the right crop in the right season, hand tools, patience, and records. Mastery looks like a Master Gardener's plot, beds that feed a family most of the year from a piece of ground the size of a parking space. Every gardener who reaches that point started with a single bed and a single season. This packet is that start: one bed built or tended properly, one honest note about what happened.
What is promised, and what is not
Three separate acts, never one: a vote is a free signed preference that moves no money; a pledge is free signed backing intent, balance-checked, that moves no money and never marks the packet funded; funding is a real payment that backs the wage. Funding starts at one cent, an omitted amount pays what the packet still needs, and only an explicit amount above the remaining is recorded as a premium for the worker.
