Steps

1. 1. 拍摄作业前照片，记录四个投放口各自的脏污和溢出状况。 | Photograph the point as found, recording the soiling and overflow at each of the four openings.
2. 2. 先把桶外和台面周围散落的袋子与杂物用夹钳收起，投入对应类别。 | Use a litter picker to gather the bags and loose material outside the bins and around the counter into the correct categories.
3. 3. 用刷子和清水刷洗桶体外壁、桶盖、脚踏和台面，重点是投放口边缘。 | Brush and rinse the bin bodies, lids, foot pedals and counter with clean water, working the rims of the openings hardest.
4. 4. 把清洗污水收集到桶内带走处理，不冲入雨水口或绿地。 | Collect the wash water in a bucket and take it away for disposal, never flushing it into a stormwater inlet or a planted area.
5. 5. 拍摄作业后照片，登记清洗的投放口数量和用水量。 | Photograph the finished point and log how many openings were washed and how much water was used.
