- 2. 整平基面，按管养单位提供的做法固定标识基础，确认不遮挡通行与视线。 | Level the base, fix the sign footing by the maintenance unit's method, and confirm it blocks neither the walking route nor a sight line.
- 3. 安装标识牌，阅读中心高度控制在一点二到一点四米，兼顾坐姿与站姿阅读。 | Fit the board with its reading centre between one point two and one point four metres, so it reads seated as well as standing.
- 4. 逐颗紧固并检查边角无毛刺，牌面无遮挡、无反光死角。 | Tighten every fixing, check no corner has a burr, and confirm the face is unobstructed and free of a blinding reflection.
- 5. 站在正常阅读距离外确认可读，拍摄安装后照片，记录点位、高度和内容来源。 | Confirm readability at normal reading distance, photograph the finished sign and record the point, the height and where the content came from.

The standard this serves
Living Building Challenge, Place Petal. The Place Petal asks a building to belong to its ground: grow food where it stands, shelter the small wild lives that were there first, and join the neighborhood instead of paving over it. Mastery looks like a lot where vegetable beds share the sun with native shrubs, feeding people and birds from the same soil. Nobody arrives at that whole in one season. You arrive by planting one bed, tending one strip of ground, learning one street's habits of light and water. This packet is one of those honest first plantings.
What is promised, and what is not
Three separate acts, never one: a vote is a free signed preference that moves no money; a pledge is free signed backing intent, balance-checked, that moves no money and never marks the packet funded; funding is a real payment that backs the wage.
