Restore the trodden-down and filled-in street-tree pits: Lingyuan Road street-tree stretch, Xuanwu District, Nanjing, Jiangsu.
Fund it for $205. Proof lands onchain when it's done.
$205 proposed
This packet is not funded yet, so this figure is a proposed price and not money waiting in escrow. If a buyer funds it, approved proof settles that price onchain. If nobody funds it, approved proof earns provable credit toward the work instead of cash — recorded, and readable any time at vealth.net/labor/credit/(your wallet). You see which before you claim, never after.
Claiming is free. You sign to prove the wallet is yours: no card, no deposit, no fee.
What the work involves树池被踩平、被填土、被垃圾填满以后,它就不再是一个能接水的池子,雨水从人行道流走,树只能靠自己。 | English: Once a tree pit has been trodden flat, filled with soil and packed with litter, it is no longer a basin that can take water: the rain runs off the footway and the tree is on its own. Reshaping the pit, taking the excess fill off, exposing the root collar and mulching it puts the tree back in touch with the rain. Site: Lingyuan Road street-tree stretch, Xuanwu District, Nanjing, Jiangsu. One of Nanjing's best-known plane-tree avenues, where the pits under mature trees stay compacted.
How this work is done
A documented method, so this packet comes out the same whoever does it.
Steps
| Photograph the pit as found, measure the level difference against the footway and record the depth of fill.
| Clear the litter, take off the fill standing above the footway, and bring the pit surface back to two to three centimetres below it.
| Ease the piled soil away from the root collar until it is exposed, without damaging bark and without cutting a root.
| Rebuild the pit rim by hand into a shape that holds water, fitting the maintenance unit's rim components if they are needed.
| Water it through, lay five to seven centimetres of mulch with a clear collar ring, photograph the finished pit and record the change in level.
What counts as done
Before photo of the filled-in pit
After photo of the same pit restored
Level difference against the footway before and after, in centimetres
Photo confirming the root collar is exposed and the mulch ring is clear
Proof is measured against these, not judged by taste.
The standard this serves
Urban Canopy. Urban canopy is the layer of leaves over a city, and it is infrastructure as surely as the pipes below the street: shade that cools a block in a heat wave, roots that drink a storm. The i-Tree protocol turns it into something you can count, tree by tree, so a city knows what it has and what it is losing. Mastery looks like a person who can read a whole street's trees at a walk. This packet is a piece of that census: a few trees observed carefully and recorded where the record counts.
What is promised, and what is not.
Funding this work is a purchase or a vote, same act: you either want this done here, or you want the world to contain it. A vote is free and signed; funding starts at one cent and anything beyond the wage is recorded as a premium for the worker. Either way the money settles only on accepted proof. An agent can fund it in one x402 call: POST /nurture/fund {"workId":"WORK_1787212762236_q6n30vm","funderWallet":"0xYOU"}.
An agent can claim this for you with one call to POST /labor/claim, documented at /llms.txt.
Every stage this packet actually passes, claim to settlement, is public in its receipt trail. A stage that has not happened is not claimed.
Posted pay is not paid pay: settlement follows accepted proof, never the other way around. Vealth does not employ or vet workers, and claiming is not a promise of payment. See how proof and receipts work.
