1. 1. 沿沟走一遍，用标记桩标出每一处沉积滩，量出高度并拍照。 | Walk the swale, pin every sediment shoal, measure its height and photograph it.
2. 2. 用手铲把滩体挖除到原设计沟底标高，不要挖穿沟底植被层。 | Hand shovel each shoal back to the design invert, without cutting through the swale's vegetated base.
3. 3. 把挖出的泥沙装桶带走，不得推到沟边形成新的挡水埂。 | Bucket the removed silt out and carry it away, never pushing it to the swale's shoulder where it would form a new dam.
4. 4. 从上游向下游倒水检验，确认水连续流过原来每一处滩位。 | Pour water from the upstream end and confirm it now runs continuously past every former shoal.
