Anyone can start here · a resident's own home near the town center, Kerrville, TX 78028 (Kerr County); best-estimate location, exact address not confirmed; a home whose freezer partially thawed and refroze during a power outage

Discard spoiled refrigerator and freezer food and clean the appliance after a power outage, a resident's own home near Kerrville, TX.

Fund it for $80. Proof lands onchain when it's done.

$80 proposed

This packet is not funded yet, so this figure is a proposed price and not money waiting in escrow. If a buyer funds it, approved proof settles that price onchain. If nobody funds it, approved proof earns provable credit toward the work instead of cash — recorded, and readable any time at vealth.net/labor/credit/(your wallet). You see which before you claim, never after.

Claiming is free. You sign to prove the wallet is yours: no card, no deposit, no fee.

What the work involves

This household's freezer thawed partway during a multi-hour outage and refroze once power came back, which food-safety guidance treats as unsafe to keep regardless of how it looks now. Clearing the compromised food, bagging it out, and cleaning the appliance closes out the outage properly instead of leaving a health risk in the freezer.

How this work is done

A documented method, so this packet comes out the same whoever does it.

Steps

  1. 1. Confirm the outage has ended and power is restored, then open the refrigerator and freezer and check each item against a food-safety hold-time reference (4+ hours above 40F in the fridge; freezer items fully thawed and above 40F for 2+ hours).
  2. 2. Sort items into keep and discard, erring toward discard for anything with an uncertain hold time, an unusual odor, or a texture change.
  3. 3. Bag and remove the discarded food to the outdoor bin, and photograph the emptied shelves.
  4. 4. Wash the interior shelves, bins, and door gaskets with a food-safe cleaner, and dry the appliance before restocking.
  5. 5. Photograph the cleaned, empty interior and the discarded-food bag ready for pickup.

What counts as done

  • Before photo of the spoiled refrigerator/freezer contents as found
  • Discard record noting what was discarded and why, by category
  • After photo of the cleaned, empty interior

Proof is measured against these, not judged by taste.

The money and the proof

What is promised, and what is not.

Funding this work is a purchase or a vote, same act: you either want this done here, or you want the world to contain it. A vote is free and signed; funding starts at one cent and anything beyond the wage is recorded as a premium for the worker. Either way the money settles only on accepted proof. An agent can fund it in one x402 call: POST /nurture/fund {"workId":"WORK_1787213523952_k2elc4b","funderWallet":"0xYOU"}.

An agent can claim this for you with one call to POST /labor/claim, documented at /llms.txt.

Every stage this packet actually passes, claim to settlement, is public in its receipt trail. A stage that has not happened is not claimed.

Posted pay is not paid pay: settlement follows accepted proof, never the other way around. Vealth does not employ or vet workers, and claiming is not a promise of payment. See how proof and receipts work.
