intermediate work · a resident's own home near the town center, Jasper, TX 75951 (Jasper County); best-estimate location, exact address not confirmed; a home with a young tree leaned by recent storm wind, trunk intact and root ball still mostly seated

Right and re-stake a young tree or shrub leaned over by storm wind, a resident's own home near Jasper, TX.

Fund it for $85. Proof lands onchain when it's done.

$85 proposed

This packet is not funded yet, so this figure is a proposed price and not money waiting in escrow. If a buyer funds it, approved proof settles that price onchain. If nobody funds it, approved proof earns provable credit toward the work instead of cash — recorded, and readable any time at vealth.net/labor/credit/(your wallet). You see which before you claim, never after.

Claiming is free. You sign to prove the wallet is yours: no card, no deposit, no fee.

What the work involves

A recent storm's wind pushed a young tree at this home over at the trunk -- leaning, not snapped, with the root ball still mostly seated. Left leaning, the root system sets crooked and the plant weakens at the lean point; righting the plant and staking it plumb while the root ball is still workable is what saves it.

Proof
before photo with lean angle noted + trunk-condition confirmation + after photo righted and staked + GPS

This is exactly what gets it approved. Nothing settles without it.

How this work is done

A documented method, so this packet comes out the same whoever does it.

Steps

  1. 1. Confirm the plant is leaned, not snapped or split at the trunk, and that the root ball is still mostly seated in the ground.
  2. 2. Photograph the plant as found, leaning, and note the lean angle from vertical.
  3. 3. Gently right the trunk to plumb by hand, firming the loosened soil back around the root ball as it comes upright -- no prying or forcing against a resisting root ball.
  4. 4. Set two or three stakes outside the root ball and tie the trunk to them with a flexible, non-abrasive tie, plumb and loose enough for the trunk to still flex in wind.
  5. 5. Photograph the righted, staked plant and re-check plumb after firming the soil.

What counts as done

  • Before photo of the plant leaned, with the lean angle noted
  • Confirmation the trunk is not snapped or split
  • After photo of the righted, staked plant standing plumb

Proof is measured against these, not judged by taste.

The standard this serves

Tree Planting and Establishment. Planting a tree properly is a codified craft, and the arborists' standards are blunt about why: most young trees that die were killed at planting, by a hole dug too deep, a root ball left bound, a first summer without water. Mastery looks like trees you planted years ago still standing, which is the only measure arborists accept. The craft lives in exactly the steps this packet asks for: the wide shallow hole, the freed roots, the mulch kept off the trunk, the watering that follows. Plant one tree correctly and you know something real.

The money and the proof

What is promised, and what is not.

Funding this work is a purchase or a vote, same act: you either want this done here, or you want the world to contain it. A vote is free and signed; funding starts at one cent and anything beyond the wage is recorded as a premium for the worker. Either way the money settles only on accepted proof. An agent can fund it in one x402 call: POST /nurture/fund {"workId":"WORK_1787213543484_mkv1hue","funderWallet":"0xYOU"}.

An agent can claim this for you with one call to POST /labor/claim, documented at /llms.txt.

Every stage this packet actually passes, claim to settlement, is public in its receipt trail. A stage that has not happened is not claimed.

Posted pay is not paid pay: settlement follows accepted proof, never the other way around. Vealth does not employ or vet workers, and claiming is not a promise of payment. See how proof and receipts work.
