intermediate work · Bike/incline/row, Oakland, CA
Norwegian 4x4 VO2max interval block — Oakland.
Fund it for $240. Proof lands onchain when it's done.
$240 proposed
This packet is not funded yet, so this figure is a proposed price and not money waiting in escrow. If a buyer funds it, approved proof settles that price onchain. If nobody funds it, approved proof earns provable credit toward the work instead of cash — recorded, and readable any time at vealth.net/labor/credit/(your wallet). You see which before you claim, never after.
Claiming is free. You sign to prove the wallet is yours: no card, no deposit, no fee.
What the work involvesOnce an aerobic base exists, VO2max — and with it functional youth and mortality risk — responds best to structured high-intensity intervals. Unstructured 'hard' cardio under- or over-shoots the stimulus; the 4x4 protocol delivers it reproducibly.
How this work is done
A documented method, so this packet comes out the same whoever does it.
Bring
- heart-rate monitor
- modality allowing sustained hard effort (bike/incline treadmill/row)
- stopwatch
- PAR-Q+ readiness form
Steps
- 1. Confirm PAR-Q+ readiness and an established aerobic base before prescribing intervals; if not cleared, keep the person in Zone 2.
- 2. Warm up 10 min, finishing at a moderate effort.
- 3. Perform 4 intervals of 4 min at 85-95% max HR (hard but completable), each followed by 3 min of active recovery at ~60-70% max HR.
- 4. Hold form and cadence; the last minute of each interval should be near the top of the range but controlled.
- 5. Cool down 5 min; record peak HR per interval, recovery HR, and RPE.
- 6. Log the session; photograph the interval HR trace and sign it.
- 7. Record any beta-blocker or other rate-controlling medication; if present, do not apply age-predicted %-max-HR zones or standard heart-rate thresholds — anchor intensity with RPE and the talk test instead.
What counts as done
- PAR-Q+ readiness and an established aerobic base confirmed before intervals
- Four 4-min intervals logged within the 85-95% max-HR band
- Per-interval peak HR and 3-min recovery HR recorded
Proof is measured against these, not judged by taste.
What is promised, and what is not.
Funding this work is a purchase or a vote, same act: you either want this done here, or you want the world to contain it. A vote is free and signed; funding starts at one cent and anything beyond the wage is recorded as a premium for the worker. Either way the money settles only on accepted proof. An agent can fund it in one x402 call: POST /nurture/fund {"workId":"WORK_1788106672333_fad5n05","funderWallet":"0xYOU"}.
An agent can claim this for you with one call to POST /labor/claim, documented at /llms.txt.
Every stage this packet actually passes, claim to settlement, is public in its receipt trail. A stage that has not happened is not claimed.
Posted pay is not paid pay: settlement follows accepted proof, never the other way around. Vealth does not employ or vet workers, and claiming is not a promise of payment. See how proof and receipts work.
