30-second chair-stand / 5x sit-to-stand power test — Phoenix.

Fund it for $200. Proof lands onchain when it's done.

$200 proposed

This packet is not funded yet, so this figure is a proposed price and not money waiting in escrow. If a buyer funds it, approved proof settles that price onchain. If nobody funds it, approved proof earns provable credit toward the work instead of cash — recorded, and readable any time at vealth.net/labor/credit/(your wallet). You see which before you claim, never after.

Claiming is free. You sign to prove the wallet is yours: no card, no deposit, no fee.

What the work involves

Lower-limb power declines faster than strength with age and predicts falls and mortality. A chair-stand test surfaces that decline years before a fall does, giving a training target while it is still cheap to fix.

Proof
Wall-braced armless chair + arms crossed + full-extension reps in 30 s (or 5x time) + age/sex norm comparison + setup photo

This is exactly what gets it approved. Nothing settles without it.

How this work is done

A documented method, so this packet comes out the same whoever does it.

Bring

  • standard armless chair (~43-45 cm seat height) against a wall
  • stopwatch
  • recording sheet

Steps

  1. 1. Place the chair against a wall so it cannot slide; person sits, feet flat, arms crossed over chest.
  2. 2. 30-second version: count full stands (up to full extension, back to seated) completed in 30 s.
  3. 3. 5x version: time how long to complete 5 full sit-to-stands as fast as safely possible.
  4. 4. One practice rep to confirm safe technique before the timed trial.
  5. 5. Compare reps (or time) to the age/sex normative table.
  6. 6. Photograph the setup; log reps/time, percentile band, and any balance concern; sign it.

What counts as done

  • 30-second full-stand rep count (or 5x sit-to-stand time) with wall-braced chair and arms crossed
  • Result compared to the age/sex normative band
  • Photo of the test setup and a practice-rep safety confirmation

Proof is measured against these, not judged by taste.

The money and the proof

What is promised, and what is not.

Funding this work is a purchase or a vote, same act: you either want this done here, or you want the world to contain it. A vote is free and signed; funding starts at one cent and anything beyond the wage is recorded as a premium for the worker. Either way the money settles only on accepted proof. An agent can fund it in one x402 call: POST /nurture/fund {"workId":"WORK_1788106685443_1057rx7","funderWallet":"0xYOU"}.

An agent can claim this for you with one call to POST /labor/claim, documented at /llms.txt.

Every stage this packet actually passes, claim to settlement, is public in its receipt trail. A stage that has not happened is not claimed.

Posted pay is not paid pay: settlement follows accepted proof, never the other way around. Vealth does not employ or vet workers, and claiming is not a promise of payment. See how proof and receipts work.
