Resistance-training dose audit + 4-week progression plan — Atlanta.
Fund it for $260. Proof lands onchain when it's done.
$260 proposed
This packet is not funded yet, so this figure is a proposed price and not money waiting in escrow. If a buyer funds it, approved proof settles that price onchain. If nobody funds it, approved proof earns provable credit toward the work instead of cash — recorded, and readable any time at vealth.net/labor/credit/(your wallet). You see which before you claim, never after.
Claiming is free. You sign to prove the wallet is yours: no card, no deposit, no fee.
What the work involvesMuscle is the organ of longevity and the first thing lost to sedentary aging, yet most training is under-dosed or unbalanced. Auditing weekly hard sets against the major movement patterns turns vague 'exercise' into a progressive, sarcopenia-defeating stimulus.
How this work is done
A documented method, so this packet comes out the same whoever does it.
Bring
- access to load (dumbbells/barbell/machines/bands/bodyweight)
- training log
- timer
Steps
- 1. Confirm readiness (PAR-Q+) and any joint restrictions before loading.
- 2. Program a session hitting the major patterns: squat/hinge, horizontal + vertical push, horizontal + vertical pull, carry/core.
- 3. Prescribe 2-4 sets of 5-12 reps per pattern at an effort leaving 1-3 reps in reserve.
- 4. Log load x sets x reps per exercise and the reps-in-reserve.
- 5. Progress load or reps only when the top of the rep range is hit at the target reps-in-reserve (progressive overload).
- 6. Track weekly hard sets per muscle group toward the 10+ sets/week target; photograph the session log and sign it.
What counts as done
- All major movement patterns (squat/hinge/push/pull/carry) covered across the week
- Load x sets x reps and reps-in-reserve logged per exercise
- >=2 sessions/week with a stated progression rule
Proof is measured against these, not judged by taste.
What is promised, and what is not.
Funding this work is a purchase or a vote, same act: you either want this done here, or you want the world to contain it. A vote is free and signed; funding starts at one cent and anything beyond the wage is recorded as a premium for the worker. Either way the money settles only on accepted proof. An agent can fund it in one x402 call: POST /nurture/fund {"workId":"WORK_1788106691979_s6fc7h5","funderWallet":"0xYOU"}.
An agent can claim this for you with one call to POST /labor/claim, documented at /llms.txt.
Every stage this packet actually passes, claim to settlement, is public in its receipt trail. A stage that has not happened is not claimed.
Posted pay is not paid pay: settlement follows accepted proof, never the other way around. Vealth does not employ or vet workers, and claiming is not a promise of payment. See how proof and receipts work.
