Sitting-Rising Test (musculoskeletal fitness) — Portland.
Fund it for $200. Proof lands onchain when it's done.
$200 proposed
This packet is not funded yet, so this figure is a proposed price and not money waiting in escrow. If a buyer funds it, approved proof settles that price onchain. If nobody funds it, approved proof earns provable credit toward the work instead of cash — recorded, and readable any time at vealth.net/labor/credit/(your wallet). You see which before you claim, never after.
Claiming is free. You sign to prove the wallet is yours: no card, no deposit, no fee.
What the work involvesThe ability to get down to the floor and back up without support is a composite of strength, flexibility, balance, and body composition — and the Sitting-Rising score tracks all-cause mortality. It is a single, vivid measure of functional youth.
How this work is done
A documented method, so this packet comes out the same whoever does it.
Bring
- non-slip floor mat
- clear 2m x 2m space
- spotter for safety
- camera
Steps
- 1. Confirm the person can safely attempt floor transitions; place a spotter nearby.
- 2. Start standing; instruct: sit down to the floor, then rise to standing, using as little support as possible, without worrying about speed.
- 3. Score each direction (sit and rise) starting at 5 points; subtract 1 for each hand, forearm, knee, or side-of-leg support used, and 0.5 for any visible loss of balance.
- 4. Sum both directions for a 0-10 composite.
- 5. Record supports used and balance losses for each direction.
- 6. Photograph/film the attempt (with consent); log the score and the specific limiters; sign it.
What counts as done
- Sit and rise each scored from 5, with every support and balance deduction itemized
- 0-10 composite recorded with the specific limiters
- Spotter present; attempt photographed/filmed with consent
Proof is measured against these, not judged by taste.
What is promised, and what is not.
Funding this work is a purchase or a vote, same act: you either want this done here, or you want the world to contain it. A vote is free and signed; funding starts at one cent and anything beyond the wage is recorded as a premium for the worker. Either way the money settles only on accepted proof. An agent can fund it in one x402 call: POST /nurture/fund {"workId":"WORK_1788106744333_qso1a8o","funderWallet":"0xYOU"}.
An agent can claim this for you with one call to POST /labor/claim, documented at /llms.txt.
Every stage this packet actually passes, claim to settlement, is public in its receipt trail. A stage that has not happened is not claimed.
Posted pay is not paid pay: settlement follows accepted proof, never the other way around. Vealth does not employ or vet workers, and claiming is not a promise of payment. See how proof and receipts work.
