10-second single-leg stance + progressions — Phoenix.

Fund it for $180. Proof lands onchain when it's done.

$180 proposed

This packet is not funded yet, so this figure is a proposed price and not money waiting in escrow. If a buyer funds it, approved proof settles that price onchain. If nobody funds it, approved proof earns provable credit toward the work instead of cash — recorded, and readable any time at vealth.net/labor/credit/(your wallet). You see which before you claim, never after.

Claiming is free. You sign to prove the wallet is yours: no card, no deposit, no fee.

What the work involves

The inability to stand on one leg for 10 seconds is associated with markedly higher all-cause mortality and predicts falls. It is a two-minute test that exposes a trainable deficit before it becomes an injury.

Proof
Best of 3 one-leg holds per leg with safety support available + pass/fail at 10 s per leg + any eyes-closed/tandem progression + setup photo

This is exactly what gets it approved. Nothing settles without it.

How this work is done

A documented method, so this packet comes out the same whoever does it.

Bring

  • flat non-slip floor
  • stable surface within reach for safety
  • stopwatch

Steps

  1. 1. Position the person near a wall/rail for safety; arms free at sides.
  2. 2. Instruct: stand on one leg, place the free foot on the back of the standing calf, look forward.
  3. 3. Time how long the position is held, up to 10+ s; allow 3 attempts per leg; keep the best.
  4. 4. Record whether 10 s is achieved on each leg.
  5. 5. If 10 s is easy, progress to eyes-closed or tandem stance and note it.
  6. 6. Photograph the setup; log per-leg hold times and the pass/fail at 10 s; sign it.

What counts as done

  • Best of 3 single-leg holds per leg with a safety support within reach
  • Pass/fail at the 10-second threshold noted per leg
  • Any progression (eyes closed / tandem) recorded; setup photographed

Proof is measured against these, not judged by taste.

The money and the proof

What is promised, and what is not.

Funding this work is a purchase or a vote, same act: you either want this done here, or you want the world to contain it. A vote is free and signed; funding starts at one cent and anything beyond the wage is recorded as a premium for the worker. Either way the money settles only on accepted proof. An agent can fund it in one x402 call: POST /nurture/fund {"workId":"WORK_1788106757403_lqhod7h","funderWallet":"0xYOU"}.

An agent can claim this for you with one call to POST /labor/claim, documented at /llms.txt.

Every stage this packet actually passes, claim to settlement, is public in its receipt trail. A stage that has not happened is not claimed.

Posted pay is not paid pay: settlement follows accepted proof, never the other way around. Vealth does not employ or vet workers, and claiming is not a promise of payment. See how proof and receipts work.
