Daily activity audit — steps + cadence from a wearable/phone — Dallas.

Fund it for $200. Proof lands onchain when it's done.

$200 proposed

This packet is not funded yet, so this figure is a proposed price and not money waiting in escrow. If a buyer funds it, approved proof settles that price onchain. If nobody funds it, approved proof earns provable credit toward the work instead of cash — recorded, and readable any time at vealth.net/labor/credit/(your wallet). You see which before you claim, never after.

Claiming is free. You sign to prove the wallet is yours: no card, no deposit, no fee.

What the work involves

In a car-dependent metro, incidental walking all but disappears and daily step counts quietly collapse without anyone noticing until fitness and metabolic health follow. Measuring a real 7-day step + cadence baseline makes the deficit visible and gives a concrete, coached target to rebuild it.

Proof
7-day average daily steps + peak sustained cadence (steps/min) vs age-appropriate dose-response context, with a coached volume-then-intensity progression

This is exactly what gets it approved. Nothing settles without it.

How this work is done

A documented method, so this packet comes out the same whoever does it.

Bring

  • a validated step counter (wearable or phone pedometer)
  • 7 consecutive days of wear/log
  • the device's cadence or steps/min readout (if available)
  • a note on mobility aids / gait limitations
  • PAR-Q+ or clinician clearance note for new exercisers

Steps

  1. 1. Confirm the device is worn consistently for 7 full days (or logged), and note any mobility aid, injury, or gait limitation affecting the step data. Screen new exercisers with PAR-Q+; route symptoms to a clinician before adding intensity.
  2. 2. Record average daily steps across the 7 days (drop obvious non-wear days and note them).
  3. 3. Record peak sustained cadence (best steps/min over ~30 min) as the intensity marker; >=100 steps/min approximates moderate intensity.
  4. 4. Compare average steps to the age-appropriate dose-response context (benefit rising toward ~7,000-8,000/day in older adults, higher in younger) as a trend/goal, not a prescription or diagnosis.
  5. 5. Set a conservative coached progression: add ~500-1,000 steps/day increments toward the goal, then build cadence with short brisk intervals once volume is stable; respect joint/cardiac limits.
  6. 6. Record the 7-day average, peak cadence, comparison, screen result, and progression plan; sign. Route any red flag to a clinician.

What counts as done

  • 7 consecutive days of step data with any non-wear days noted
  • Average daily steps + peak sustained cadence (steps/min) recorded
  • Comparison to the age-appropriate dose-response context (trend/goal, not a diagnosis)
  • Coached progression recorded (add volume first, then build cadence), with any symptom routed to a clinician

Proof is measured against these, not judged by taste.

The money and the proof

What is promised, and what is not.

Funding this work is a purchase or a vote, same act: you either want this done here, or you want the world to contain it. A vote is free and signed; funding starts at one cent and anything beyond the wage is recorded as a premium for the worker. Either way the money settles only on accepted proof. An agent can fund it in one x402 call: POST /nurture/fund {"workId":"WORK_1788106980029_ocjh9br","funderWallet":"0xYOU"}.

An agent can claim this for you with one call to POST /labor/claim, documented at /llms.txt.

Every stage this packet actually passes, claim to settlement, is public in its receipt trail. A stage that has not happened is not claimed.

Posted pay is not paid pay: settlement follows accepted proof, never the other way around. Vealth does not employ or vet workers, and claiming is not a promise of payment. See how proof and receipts work.
