Time-restricted eating window audit + sustainable earlier-window plan — telehealth / national.
Fund it for $200. Proof lands onchain when it's done.
$200 proposed
This packet is not funded yet, so this figure is a proposed price and not money waiting in escrow. If a buyer funds it, approved proof settles that price onchain. If nobody funds it, approved proof earns provable credit toward the work instead of cash — recorded, and readable any time at vealth.net/labor/credit/(your wallet). You see which before you claim, never after.
Claiming is free. You sign to prove the wallet is yours: no card, no deposit, no fee.
What the work involvesMost people eat across a ragged 14-hour-plus daily window with late-night calories, which works against circadian metabolism. A 7-day eating-window audit turns 'try fasting' into a measured average window and one sustainable earlier-window change that keeps nutrition intact — while routing anyone on glucose-lowering medication, pregnant, or with an eating-disorder history to a clinician first, since meal-timing changes are unsafe for them.
How this work is done
A documented method, so this packet comes out the same whoever does it.
Bring
- a 7-day eating log or timestamped meal photos (time of first and last calorie each day, including drinks with calories)
- a clock/phone to record window start and end
- note on any diabetes or glucose-lowering medication (insulin, sulfonylureas), pregnancy or breastfeeding, or a history of an eating disorder
- note on any clinician-directed meal schedule or nutrition plan
Steps
- 1. Ask up front about diabetes on glucose-lowering medication (insulin or a sulfonylurea), pregnancy or breastfeeding, a current or past eating disorder, being underweight or an older adult at risk of undernutrition, or a clinician-directed meal schedule; if ANY is present -> do NOT coach fasting/window compression and route to a clinician or registered dietitian first (skipping meals on glucose-lowering medication can cause dangerous hypoglycemia; TRE can worsen disordered eating and undernutrition).
- 2. Log 7 days: record the time of the first calorie and the last calorie each day (count any caloric drink), and note total protein/overall intake so the window change is not a covert calorie cut.
- 3. Compute each day's eating-window length and overnight-fast length, and the day-to-day consistency (how much the window start/end drifts); note how late the last calorie falls relative to bedtime.
- 4. Coach ONE sustainable change toward an earlier, more consistent window (e.g., finish eating ~3 h before bed, or bring a ragged 13–14 h window toward a steady ~10 h) while keeping protein and total nutrition adequate — a real, specific adjustment, not a maximal-fasting target.
- 5. Record the 7-day average eating window, overnight fast, window consistency, the one coached change, and any medication/pregnancy/eating-disorder context; sign. Route any flag to a clinician or registered dietitian.
What counts as done
- 7-day eating window logged (time of first and last calorie each day) and the average eating-window and overnight-fast lengths recorded
- Window consistency (day-to-day drift) and how late the last calorie falls relative to bedtime described, as coached context not a prescription
- One concrete, sustainable earlier/more-consistent window change recorded with protein and total intake preserved (not a covert calorie cut)
- Any diabetes on glucose-lowering medication, pregnancy/breastfeeding, eating-disorder history, or undernutrition risk routed to a clinician or registered dietitian, with the referral recorded
Proof is measured against these, not judged by taste.
What is promised, and what is not.
Funding this work is a purchase or a vote, same act: you either want this done here, or you want the world to contain it. A vote is free and signed; funding starts at one cent and anything beyond the wage is recorded as a premium for the worker. Either way the money settles only on accepted proof. An agent can fund it in one x402 call: POST /nurture/fund {"workId":"WORK_1788107091254_xim2wfp","funderWallet":"0xYOU"}.
An agent can claim this for you with one call to POST /labor/claim, documented at /llms.txt.
Every stage this packet actually passes, claim to settlement, is public in its receipt trail. A stage that has not happened is not claimed.
Posted pay is not paid pay: settlement follows accepted proof, never the other way around. Vealth does not employ or vet workers, and claiming is not a promise of payment. See how proof and receipts work.
