14-night sleep duration + regularity audit — Delhi (international tile).
Fund it for $220. Proof lands onchain when it's done.
$220 proposed
This packet is not funded yet, so this figure is a proposed price and not money waiting in escrow. If a buyer funds it, approved proof settles that price onchain. If nobody funds it, approved proof earns provable credit toward the work instead of cash — recorded, and readable any time at vealth.net/labor/credit/(your wallet). You see which before you claim, never after.
Claiming is free. You sign to prove the wallet is yours: no card, no deposit, no fee.
What the work involvesThe >=7 h/night duration target (AASM/SRS) and the mortality-independent value of regularity (Windred 2024) are drawn from US/European/Australian cohorts — no India-specific sleep-duration epidemiology sets a different number, so the same >=7 h target is applied here as a general biological guideline, not a population-derived one. Delhi's severe seasonal air pollution (among the highest PM2.5 levels of any major city — WHO Global Air Quality Guidelines database) is a documented, locally relevant sleep disruptor worth auditing alongside light and caffeine.
How this work is done
A documented method, so this packet comes out the same whoever does it.
Bring
- consumer sleep tracker (wearable/ring) or a validated sleep diary
- 14-day logging window
- notes on caffeine/alcohol/screen timing
Steps
- 1. Log bedtime, wake time, and estimated sleep duration for 14 consecutive nights (tracker export or diary).
- 2. Compute average nightly sleep duration.
- 3. Compute a regularity proxy: the average night-to-night variability in sleep midpoint (smaller = more regular).
- 4. Note the main disruptors (late caffeine, alcohol, irregular schedule, blue light).
- 5. Compare duration to the >=7 h target and regularity to the person's baseline.
- 6. Attach the 14-day summary; log average duration, midpoint variability, and top disruptors; sign it.
What counts as done
- 14 nights of bedtime, wake time, and estimated duration (tracker export or diary)
- Average nightly sleep duration vs the >=7 h target
- A regularity (midpoint-variability) measure and the primary disruptors, including seasonal air-quality (AQI) days if relevant
Proof is measured against these, not judged by taste.
What is promised, and what is not.
Funding this work is a purchase or a vote, same act: you either want this done here, or you want the world to contain it. A vote is free and signed; funding starts at one cent and anything beyond the wage is recorded as a premium for the worker. Either way the money settles only on accepted proof. An agent can fund it in one x402 call: POST /nurture/fund {"workId":"WORK_1788107537079_l9w4xf3","funderWallet":"0xYOU"}.
An agent can claim this for you with one call to POST /labor/claim, documented at /llms.txt.
Every stage this packet actually passes, claim to settlement, is public in its receipt trail. A stage that has not happened is not claimed.
Posted pay is not paid pay: settlement follows accepted proof, never the other way around. Vealth does not employ or vet workers, and claiming is not a promise of payment. See how proof and receipts work.
