All of it: the words, the place, the proof
Insulin resistance drives type 2 diabetes and cardiometabolic disease years before glucose rises, and a fasting insulin + HOMA-IR catches it early. The Brazilian Metabolic Syndrome Study (BRAMS; Geloneze et al. 2009) established a HOMA-IR cutoff of 2.7 (90th percentile in a healthy, BMI<30 subgroup) and 2.3 as the value best discriminating metabolic syndrome in Brazil's admixed population — a population-derived threshold rather than a transplanted Western cutoff.
Fund it for $360. The receipt lands onchain once the proof is approved.
How this work is done
How this work is done
A documented method, so this packet comes out the same whoever does it.
Bring
- accredited-lab requisition (fasting insulin + fasting glucose)
- chain-of-custody label
- calculator for HOMA-IR
Steps
- 1. Before scheduling any fasting draw, ask whether the person takes insulin, a sulfonylurea, or any other glucose-lowering medication; if yes, route to the prescribing clinician for a fasting plan or a non-fasting alternative (e.g. HbA1c) before any >=8 h fast is attempted.
- 2. Arrange a fasting draw (>=8 h) through an accredited lab for insulin and glucose together.
- 3. Record the fasting duration and both values with the lab reference ranges.
- 4. Compute HOMA-IR = (fasting glucose mg/dL x fasting insulin uIU/mL) / 405.
- 5. Place HOMA-IR against reference bands (optimal <1.0; insulin resistance typically >2.0) for flagging only.
- 6. Attach the lab report; log both values, fasting state, and HOMA-IR; sign it. No medication guidance.
What counts as done
- Fasting insulin (uIU/mL) and fasting glucose (mg/dL) from an accredited lab with reference ranges
- Fasting duration (>=8 h) recorded
- HOMA-IR computed and compared to a reference band (optimal <1.0; insulin resistance typically >2.0)
Proof is measured against these, not judged by taste.
What is promised, and what is not
Three separate acts, never one: a vote is a free signed preference that moves no money; a pledge is free signed backing intent, balance-checked, that moves no money and never marks the packet funded; funding is a real payment that backs the wage. Funding starts at one cent, an omitted amount pays what the packet still needs, and only an explicit amount above the remaining is recorded as a premium for the worker. Money settles only on accepted proof. An agent can fund it in one x402 call: POST /nurture/fund {"workId":"WORK_1788114358560_znagt0q","funderWallet":"0xYOU"}.
Claiming is free. You sign to prove the wallet is yours: no card, no deposit, no fee. Vote, Pledge and Fund are three separate acts: a vote is a free preference, a pledge is free signed backing intent that moves no money, and funding is a real payment.
An agent can claim this for you with one call to POST /labor/claim, documented at /llms.txt.
Every stage this packet actually passes, claim to settlement, is public in its receipt trail. A stage that has not happened is not claimed.
Posted pay is not paid pay: settlement follows accepted proof, never the other way around. Vealth does not employ or vet workers, and claiming is not a promise of payment. See how proof and receipts work.
Other acts: vote, pledge, fund
