advanced work · the 4400 block of Crenshaw Blvd, Hyde Park, Los Angeles, CA 90043 (residential fourplex)

Add battery storage to the solar fourplex, 4400 block of Crenshaw Blvd.

Fund it for $800. Proof lands onchain when it's done.

$800 proposed

This packet is not funded yet, so this figure is a proposed price and not money waiting in escrow. If a buyer funds it, approved proof settles that price onchain. If nobody funds it, approved proof earns provable credit toward the work instead of cash — recorded, and readable any time at vealth.net/labor/credit/(your wallet). You see which before you claim, never after.

Claiming is free. You sign to prove the wallet is yours: no card, no deposit, no fee.

What the work involves

This fourplex's solar exports at noon and imports at dusk; a listed battery keeps its clean generation for the evening peak and rides through outages, the storage half of the Energy Petal.

This is exactly what gets it approved. Nothing settles without it.

How this work is done

A documented method, so this packet comes out the same whoever does it.

Bring

  • UL 9540 listed battery system + mounting hardware per the approved plan
  • NEC 706-rated disconnects, overcurrent protection, conduit and labeling
  • torque tools + multimeter/clamp meter (licensed electrician)
  • approved permit plan set incl. NFPA 855 siting/clearance sheet

Steps

  1. 1. ASSESS: verify the planned location meets NFPA 855 clearances (egress, separation, temperature range) and the wall/pad can carry the weight; photograph the location and the main panel before work.
  2. 2. Mount the battery and gateway/inverter per manufacturer torque and clearance specs; anchor seismic where required.
  3. 3. A licensed electrician runs conduit, lands conductors, installs disconnects/overcurrent protection, and applies NEC 706 labeling per the plan set.
  4. 4. Commission: energize per the manufacturer checklist, verify charge/discharge operation and backup transfer (if islanding), and register monitoring.
  5. 5. VERIFY: pass the AHJ inspection; photograph the installed system, clearances, and labels; record the commissioning report and leave the owner the operating guide.

What counts as done

  • Location + clearance photos (NFPA 855) before and after
  • UL 9540 listing nameplate photo
  • Commissioning report (charge/discharge + backup transfer)
  • AHJ inspection pass reference

Proof is measured against these, not judged by taste.

The money and the proof

What is promised, and what is not.

Funding this work is a purchase or a vote, same act: you either want this done here, or you want the world to contain it. A vote is free and signed; funding starts at one cent and anything beyond the wage is recorded as a premium for the worker. Either way the money settles only on accepted proof. An agent can fund it in one x402 call: POST /nurture/fund {"workId":"WORK_1788171733482_z7mrsp1","funderWallet":"0xYOU"}.

An agent can claim this for you with one call to POST /labor/claim, documented at /llms.txt.

Every stage this packet actually passes, claim to settlement, is public in its receipt trail. A stage that has not happened is not claimed.

Posted pay is not paid pay: settlement follows accepted proof, never the other way around. Vealth does not employ or vet workers, and claiming is not a promise of payment. See how proof and receipts work.
