This job is not funded yet, so this figure is a proposed price, not money held for the worker. If a buyer funds it, approved proof settles that price onchain. If nobody funds it, approved proof earns provable credit toward the work instead of cash: recorded, and readable any time at vealth.net/labor/credit/(your wallet). You see which before you claim, never after.

How this work is done

How this work is done

A documented method, so this packet comes out the same whoever does it.

Steps

  1. Put on the field PPE and walk the garden the title names, noting where tools and irrigation lines lie, then pick the main beds to check.
  2. Record a GPS waypoint for the garden and write down today's date.
  3. Take a photo of each bed you check, and label it with the bed's name or number.
  4. Pour the same amount of water onto a bare patch in each bed and time how long it takes to soak in; write the time next to the bed's label.
  5. Take a handful of surface soil from each bed, squeeze it, and write a crumb note on whether it crumbles or holds together, plus how it feels for texture.
  6. Walk each bed and write down where you see bare, crusted or compacted spots.
  7. Using your readings, mark each bed as healthy or tired, and write a short year plan listing what each tired bed needs and in which season.
  8. Record the bed photos, GPS waypoint, labeled infiltration times, crumb and texture notes, bare/crusted/compacted spot notes and date in the proof record.

What counts as done

  • Photo of each garden bed sampled
  • GPS waypoint of the garden
  • Infiltration time (how fast water soaks in)
  • Crumb / aggregate-stability note
  • Note of bare, crusted, or compacted spots seen

Proof is measured against these, not judged by taste.

The standard this serves

Soil Health. Soil health is the discovery, now written into USDA standards, that soil is not dirt but a living body: it breathes, digests, holds water, and can sicken or recover. The tests are wonderfully physical. Time how fast water soaks in. See whether a clod holds together in water or falls apart. Smell for the sweetness of organic matter. Mastery looks like a farmer who can read a handful of ground like a page. This packet is one plot examined by those methods and recorded, one honest page in the story of a piece of land.

What is promised, and what is not

Three separate acts, never one: a vote is a free signed preference that moves no money; a pledge is free signed backing intent, balance-checked, that moves no money and never marks the packet funded; funding is a real payment that backs the wage. Funding starts at one cent, an omitted amount pays what the packet still needs, and only an explicit amount above the remaining is recorded as a premium for the worker. Money settles only on accepted proof. An agent can fund it in one x402 call: POST /nurture/fund {"workId":"WORK_1788172547229_xqcg04d","funderWallet":"0xYOU"}.

Claiming is free. You sign to prove the wallet is yours: no card, no deposit, no fee. Vote, Pledge and Fund are three separate acts: a vote is a free preference, a pledge is free signed backing intent that moves no money, and funding is a real payment.

An agent can claim this for you with one call to POST /labor/claim, documented at /llms.txt.

Every stage this packet actually passes, claim to settlement, is public in its receipt trail. A stage that has not happened is not claimed.

Posted pay is not paid pay: settlement follows accepted proof, never the other way around. Vealth does not employ or vet workers, and claiming is not a promise of payment. See how proof and receipts work.

Other acts: vote, pledge, fund
