  2. Assemble a rodent-resistant bin system and post simple what-goes-in signage.
  3. Charge the first batch: layered greens/browns, moisture-checked.
  4. Walk two parish volunteers through the routine so the system survives beyond this visit; photograph the finished setup.

The money and the proof

What is promised, and what is not.
