What the work involvesThe survey confirmed accessible filter racks that can take a higher-rated media, but the school is still running lower-rated filters that pass through fine playa dust during wind events; swapping in properly sized MERV-13/HEPA-rated media in the existing racks closes that gap immediately with no equipment change.

Steps
- 1. Confirm the room/unit and address; coordinate to sample during normal occupancy where relevant.
- 2. Photograph the space and any staining/damp/mold.
- 3. Place the monitor in the occupied zone; log CO2 over >=1 occupied hour.
- 4. Record PM2.5, temperature, and relative humidity.
- 5. For moisture/mold scope, take moisture-meter readings at affected vs baseline areas and estimate visible mold area.
- 6. Note ventilation type and any obvious deficiencies.
- 7. Enter the logs, readings, extent notes, photos into the proof record; sign.
