Prep the plant base (beans/grains/seasonal vegetables) per the venue's permitted-kitchen plan.
Portion the animal-protein component modestly (egg, dairy, or pastured meat) to stretch across the full meal count rather than serving it as the centerpiece.
Hold hot-held food at safe temperature through service; discard anything held out of range.
Photograph the finished meal, and record the meal count, destination, and the protein source's origin.
