1. Walk the property's perimeter and yard systematically, checking containers, clogged gutters visible from the ground, tarps, plant saucers, and low grading for standing water.
2. Photograph every spot found with a GPS tag, noting whether water is present now or the spot pools after rain.
3. Sketch a simple site map marking each spot's location relative to the house.
4. Sort each spot into 'owner can empty today' vs 'needs drainage/gutter work', and note which.
5. Hand the map and notes to the owner and photograph the handoff.
