Steps

1. Walk a 1920s craftsman bungalow with the occupant and mark every draft (doors, window sashes, sills, pipe/wire penetrations) photographing each one before.
2. Clean and prep each gap so material adheres.
3. Apply weatherstripping, caulk, or backer rod sized to each gap.
4. Verify each seal with a hand or smoke-pencil check and photograph after from the same vantage.
