  1. Site the fridge with a participating business/property owner: covered, powered outlet, publicly accessible; photograph the site before.
  2. Install and power the fridge, confirming a working thermometer and cleaning schedule signage.
  3. Post simple stocking/hygiene guidelines in English and Khmer.
  4. Photograph the finished, stocked fridge and log the first week's stewardship volunteers.
