intermediate work · Accredited lab / clinic draw, Framingham, MA
ApoB + lipid panel collection and reporting — Framingham, MA.
Fund it for $440. Proof lands onchain when it's done.
$440 proposed
This packet is not funded yet, so this figure is a proposed price and not money waiting in escrow. If a buyer funds it, approved proof settles that price onchain. If nobody funds it, approved proof earns provable credit toward the work instead of cash — recorded, and readable any time at vealth.net/labor/credit/(your wallet). You see which before you claim, never after.
Claiming is free. You sign to prove the wallet is yours: no card, no deposit, no fee. Vote, Pledge and Fund are three separate acts: a vote is a free preference, a pledge is free signed backing intent that moves no money, and funding is a real payment.
What the work involvesFramingham, MA is the literal birthplace of cardiovascular risk-factor epidemiology: the Framingham Heart Study, begun here in 1948 with 5,209 enrolled residents, published the finding in 1961 that elevated cholesterol carried more than a 3-fold increase in coronary heart disease risk in men and a 1.6-fold increase in women — the study that coined the term 'risk factor' itself (Kannel WB, Dawber TR, Kagan A, Revotskie N, Stokes J III. Ann Intern Med. 1961;55:33-50). A measured apoB + lipid panel gives a Framingham resident the same class of marker their own city's namesake cohort has tracked for over 75 years.
How this work is done
A documented method, so this packet comes out the same whoever does it.
Bring
- accredited-lab requisition or clinic draw (ApoB, LDL-C, HDL-C, triglycerides, total cholesterol; non-fasting acceptable for ApoB/LDL)
- chain-of-custody label
- prior results for trend if available
Steps
- 1. Arrange the draw through an accredited lab or clinic (this is a specimen-collection + reporting packet, not a home guess).
- 2. Record whether the sample was fasting or non-fasting (ApoB and LDL-C are valid non-fasting; triglycerides prefer fasting).
- 3. Capture the reported ApoB (mg/dL), LDL-C, HDL-C, triglycerides, and total cholesterol with the lab's reference ranges.
- 4. Place ApoB against risk-stratified targets (roughly: general <90 mg/dL, higher-risk <65-80 mg/dL per clinician).
- 5. Note any discordance between LDL-C and ApoB (ApoB is the tiebreaker for particle burden).
- 6. Attach the lab report; log values, units, fasting state, and the target band; sign it. Do NOT recommend or change any medication.
What counts as done
- ApoB (mg/dL) plus LDL-C, HDL-C, triglycerides, total cholesterol from an accredited lab with reference ranges
- Fasting/non-fasting state recorded
- Attached lab report; values compared to the general-population target band with no medication guidance
Proof is measured against these, not judged by taste.
What is promised, and what is not.
Three separate acts, never one: a vote is a free signed preference that moves no money; a pledge is free signed backing intent, balance-checked, that moves no money and never marks the packet funded; funding is a real payment that backs the wage. Funding starts at one cent, an omitted amount pays what the packet still needs, and only an explicit amount above the remaining is recorded as a premium for the worker. Money settles only on accepted proof. An agent can fund it in one x402 call: POST /nurture/fund {"workId":"WORK_1788242421433_bh6qroj","funderWallet":"0xYOU"}.
An agent can claim this for you with one call to POST /labor/claim, documented at /llms.txt.
Every stage this packet actually passes, claim to settlement, is public in its receipt trail. A stage that has not happened is not claimed.
Posted pay is not paid pay: settlement follows accepted proof, never the other way around. Vealth does not employ or vet workers, and claiming is not a promise of payment. See how proof and receipts work.
