1. Review the prior blower-door readiness sheet and confirm the ranked leak list and combustion-safety clearance before starting.
2. Air-seal the ranked leak paths in order (rim joist, top-plate penetrations, attic hatch, duct boots) with foam/caulk per DOE WAP practice; photograph each sealed location.
3. Bring attic insulation to R-49 and any accessible wall cavity to R-13 per the HWAP job sheet, maintaining required soffit-to-ridge ventilation.
4. Re-run the blower-door test to confirm the new CFM50 result and re-run the post-tightening combustion-safety (CO/backdraft) check required before close-out.
5. Photograph the finished insulation depth, the final CFM50 reading, and the passed combustion-safety check; file the before/after comparison.
