Anyone can start here · Home, wall/rail within reach, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil
10-second single-leg stance + progressions — Rio de Janeiro (international tile).
Fund it for $180. Proof lands onchain when it's done.
$180 proposed
This packet is not funded yet, so this figure is a proposed price and not money waiting in escrow. If a buyer funds it, approved proof settles that price onchain. If nobody funds it, approved proof earns provable credit toward the work instead of cash — recorded, and readable any time at vealth.net/labor/credit/(your wallet). You see which before you claim, never after.
Claiming is free. You sign to prove the wallet is yours: no card, no deposit, no fee. Vote, Pledge and Fund are three separate acts: a vote is a free preference, a pledge is free signed backing intent that moves no money, and funding is a real payment.
What the work involvesRio de Janeiro is the literal origin of this standard: the CLINIMEX Exercise Medicine Clinic (Copacabana, founded 1994) built the cohort behind Araujo CG, de Souza e Silva CG, Laukkanen JA, et al. Br J Sports Med. 2022;56(17):975-980 -- 1,702 adults aged 51-75 followed a median 7 years, where inability to complete the 10-second one-legged stance carried an adjusted hazard ratio of 1.84 for all-cause death (~80% higher risk), independent of age, sex, body mass, and major illness. A two-minute test that exposes a trainable deficit before it becomes an injury, offered where the evidence for it was built.
How this work is done
A documented method, so this packet comes out the same whoever does it.
Bring
- flat non-slip floor
- stable surface within reach for safety
- stopwatch
Steps
- 1. Position the person near a wall/rail for safety; arms free at sides.
- 2. Instruct: stand on one leg, place the free foot on the back of the standing calf, look forward.
- 3. Time how long the position is held, up to 10+ s; allow 3 attempts per leg; keep the best.
- 4. Record whether 10 s is achieved on each leg.
- 5. If 10 s is easy, progress to eyes-closed or tandem stance and note it.
- 6. Photograph the setup; log per-leg hold times and the pass/fail at 10 s; sign it.
What counts as done
- Best of 3 single-leg holds per leg with a safety support within reach
- Pass/fail at the 10-second threshold noted per leg
- Any progression (eyes closed / tandem) recorded; setup photographed
Proof is measured against these, not judged by taste.
What is promised, and what is not.
Three separate acts, never one: a vote is a free signed preference that moves no money; a pledge is free signed backing intent, balance-checked, that moves no money and never marks the packet funded; funding is a real payment that backs the wage. Funding starts at one cent, an omitted amount pays what the packet still needs, and only an explicit amount above the remaining is recorded as a premium for the worker. Money settles only on accepted proof. An agent can fund it in one x402 call: POST /nurture/fund {"workId":"WORK_1788260424851_mz3k6sd","funderWallet":"0xYOU"}.
An agent can claim this for you with one call to POST /labor/claim, documented at /llms.txt.
Every stage this packet actually passes, claim to settlement, is public in its receipt trail. A stage that has not happened is not claimed.
Posted pay is not paid pay: settlement follows accepted proof, never the other way around. Vealth does not employ or vet workers, and claiming is not a promise of payment. See how proof and receipts work.
