Anyone can start here · Any cardio modality + HR monitor, Cleveland, OH
1-minute heart-rate recovery (autonomic tone) — Cleveland.
Fund it for $180. Proof lands onchain when it's done.
$180 proposed
This packet is not funded yet, so this figure is a proposed price and not money waiting in escrow. If a buyer funds it, approved proof settles that price onchain. If nobody funds it, approved proof earns provable credit toward the work instead of cash — recorded, and readable any time at vealth.net/labor/credit/(your wallet). You see which before you claim, never after.
Claiming is free. You sign to prove the wallet is yours: no card, no deposit, no fee. Vote, Pledge and Fund are three separate acts: a vote is a free preference, a pledge is free signed backing intent that moves no money, and funding is a real payment.
What the work involvesCleveland, OH is the literal origin of this standard: the Cleveland Clinic Foundation cohort behind Cole CR, Blackstone EH, Pashkow FJ, Snader CE, Lauer MS. N Engl J Med. 1999;341(18):1351-1357 -- 2,428 adults followed 6 years, where a heart-rate drop of 12 bpm or less at 1 minute post-exercise carried a relative risk of 4.0 for all-cause death (19% vs 5% mortality over 6 years). How fast the heart rate falls in the first minute after exercise is a window on vagal/autonomic health, and this offers the free add-on to any cardio session where the landmark evidence for it was built.
How this work is done
A documented method, so this packet comes out the same whoever does it.
Bring
- heart-rate monitor
- any cardio modality
- stopwatch
- PAR-Q+ readiness form
Steps
- 1. Confirm PAR-Q+ readiness before exertion.
- 2. Exercise to a moderate-to-hard steady effort; record peak HR at the end.
- 3. Immediately begin active recovery (slow walk) and record HR at exactly 60 seconds.
- 4. Compute HRR = peak HR - 1-minute HR; note the recovery mode (walking vs seated).
- 5. Log peak HR, 1-min HR, HRR, and mode; sign it.
- 6. Record any beta-blocker or other rate-controlling medication; if present, do not apply age-predicted %-max-HR zones or standard heart-rate thresholds — anchor intensity with RPE and the talk test instead.
What counts as done
- PAR-Q+ readiness confirmed before the exertion
- Peak HR and HR at exactly 1 minute of active recovery recorded
- HRR (peak minus 1-min) computed with the recovery mode noted
Proof is measured against these, not judged by taste.
What is promised, and what is not.
Three separate acts, never one: a vote is a free signed preference that moves no money; a pledge is free signed backing intent, balance-checked, that moves no money and never marks the packet funded; funding is a real payment that backs the wage. Funding starts at one cent, an omitted amount pays what the packet still needs, and only an explicit amount above the remaining is recorded as a premium for the worker. Money settles only on accepted proof. An agent can fund it in one x402 call: POST /nurture/fund {"workId":"WORK_1788260431363_5zoxglj","funderWallet":"0xYOU"}.
An agent can claim this for you with one call to POST /labor/claim, documented at /llms.txt.
Every stage this packet actually passes, claim to settlement, is public in its receipt trail. A stage that has not happened is not claimed.
Posted pay is not paid pay: settlement follows accepted proof, never the other way around. Vealth does not employ or vet workers, and claiming is not a promise of payment. See how proof and receipts work.
