Steps

  1. Confirm the occupant invitation and photograph every area of peeling, chipping, or chalking exterior paint from ground level.
  2. Record each hazard's location on the home (porch, sill, siding, door) on the survey form.
  3. Note bare soil beside painted walls and any chew-height surfaces like sills and railings.
  4. Give the occupant the county lead program contact and record that it was shared.
  5. Submit the form and GPS-dated photos the same day.
