1. Walk every room with the occupant noting drafts, gaps, failed weatherstrip, and window condition.
2. Check attic hatch fit and visible duct connections from floor level only.
3. Feel for air movement around outlets, pipes, and door frames on exterior walls.

5. Photograph each flagged item and record the list with GPS and date.
