Check an invited Maryvale home.

Fund it for $152. Proof lands onchain when it's done.

$152 proposed

This packet is not funded yet, so this figure is a proposed price and not money waiting in escrow. If a buyer funds it, approved proof settles that price onchain. If nobody funds it, approved proof earns provable credit toward the work instead of cash — recorded, and readable any time at vealth.net/labor/credit/(your wallet). You see which before you claim, never after.

Claiming is free. You sign to prove the wallet is yours: no card, no deposit, no fee. Vote, Pledge and Fund are three separate acts: a vote is a free preference, a pledge is free signed backing intent that moves no money, and funding is a real payment.

What the work involves

Maryvale has some of the least tree cover and oldest tract housing in Phoenix, and families there pay punishing summer electric bills through leaky ducts, thin attic insulation, and gappy doors. A one-hour walk-through with the occupant finds where the cooled air is escaping and produces a simple fix list a follow-up crew can work.

Proof
Finding photos + prioritized fix list with date/GPS

This is exactly what gets it approved. Nothing settles without it.

How this work is done

A documented method, so this packet comes out the same whoever does it.

Steps

  1. Confirm the invitation and walk the home with the occupant, room by room.
  2. Check doors and windows for daylight gaps, failed seals, and broken panes and note each.
  3. Look at the water heater, register grilles, and any visible duct runs for obvious leaks or disconnects.
  4. Note attic hatch condition and whether insulation is visible and roughly how deep, from the hatch only.
  5. Photograph each finding and write the prioritized fix list, keeping a copy with date and GPS.

What counts as done

  • Photos of at least five findings
  • Written fix list ranked by impact
  • Date and GPS record of the visit

Proof is measured against these, not judged by taste.

The standard this serves

Weatherization Readiness. Weatherization readiness is the survey that turns a cold, expensive-to-heat home into a fundable plan. Following the Department of Energy's program, the surveyor maps where the house leaks air, which attics and walls lack insulation, what fresh-air path must follow the tightening, and which safety checks must clear first. Mastery looks like a walkthrough that ends with a package a weatherization crew can price without a second visit. This packet is one piece of one such survey, done carefully and written down, so a real family's real house gets closer to warm.

The money and the proof

What is promised, and what is not.

Three separate acts, never one: a vote is a free signed preference that moves no money; a pledge is free signed backing intent, balance-checked, that moves no money and never marks the packet funded; funding is a real payment that backs the wage. Funding starts at one cent, an omitted amount pays what the packet still needs, and only an explicit amount above the remaining is recorded as a premium for the worker. Money settles only on accepted proof. An agent can fund it in one x402 call: POST /nurture/fund {"workId":"WORK_1788293930322_d1eg799","funderWallet":"0xYOU"}.

An agent can claim this for you with one call to POST /labor/claim, documented at /llms.txt.

Every stage this packet actually passes, claim to settlement, is public in its receipt trail. A stage that has not happened is not claimed.

Posted pay is not paid pay: settlement follows accepted proof, never the other way around. Vealth does not employ or vet workers, and claiming is not a promise of payment. See how proof and receipts work.
