Publish the monthly hourly power receipt for AWS Project Rainier, New Carlisle, IN.

Fund it for $75. Proof lands onchain when it's done.

$75 proposed

This packet is not funded yet, so this figure is a proposed price and not money waiting in escrow. If a buyer funds it, approved proof settles that price onchain. If nobody funds it, approved proof earns provable credit toward the work instead of cash — recorded, and readable any time at vealth.net/labor/credit/(your wallet). You see which before you claim, never after.

Claiming is free. You sign to prove the wallet is yours: no card, no deposit, no fee. Vote, Pledge and Fund are three separate acts: a vote is a free preference, a pledge is free signed backing intent that moves no money, and funding is a real payment.

What the work involves

Run the month's receipt: hour by hour, what PJM (Indiana Michigan Power) was burning while AWS Project Rainier was drawing. Campus load is taken from the operator's own disclosure when one exists and otherwise carried as a LABELED ESTIMATE from announced capacity; hourly grid carbon comes from EIA-930 for PJM; any claimed hourly-matched clean supply is counted only with a granular certificate or a named plant on the same grid in the same hour. Annual renewable certificates are recorded but never counted as matching. Flex hours (load shed during grid peaks) are logged from public grid notices.

Proof
monthly hourly table + load-source label + matched-vs-unmatched hours + published receipt hash

This is exactly what gets it approved. Nothing settles without it.

How this work is done

A documented method, so this packet comes out the same whoever does it.

Bring

  • computer with a spreadsheet or notebook
  • EIA-930 hourly download for the balancing authority (public)
  • published per-fuel emission factors (EPA eGRID or IPCC) with citation
  • the operator's disclosed load or the announced capacity, labeled
  • vealth.net/anchor for the content hash

Steps

  1. 1. Download the balancing authority's hourly generation by fuel from EIA-930 for the period (30 days for a baseline, the calendar month for a receipt). Record the URL and the download date.
  2. 2. Apply one published emission factor per fuel, citing the source, and compute grid carbon intensity per hour in gCO2 per kWh. Keep the factor table in the file.
  3. 3. For a receipt, join campus load to each hour: the operator's disclosed hourly or monthly load if published, otherwise announced capacity times a stated utilization assumption, and LABEL which one was used in every row.
  4. 4. Count an hour as matched only when a granular (hourly) certificate id or a named plant on the same balancing authority produced in that hour; record annual RECs in a separate column that is never added to matched hours.
  5. 5. Log flex or curtailment hours from public grid notices (conservation appeals, large-load curtailment orders) with the notice reference.
  6. 6. Publish the full hourly table and the method sheet; anchor the file's content hash via vealth.net/anchor and put the hash and the anchor receipt in the proof.

What counts as done

  • The month's hourly table joining campus load (with its source labeled disclosure or estimate) to balancing-authority carbon intensity
  • Hours counted as matched, each with the certificate id or named plant that matched them
  • Flex or curtailment hours with the public grid notice that supports each
  • The receipt published in full and its content hash anchored via vealth.net/anchor

Proof is measured against these, not judged by taste.

The money and the proof

What is promised, and what is not.

Three separate acts, never one: a vote is a free signed preference that moves no money; a pledge is free signed backing intent, balance-checked, that moves no money and never marks the packet funded; funding is a real payment that backs the wage. Funding starts at one cent, an omitted amount pays what the packet still needs, and only an explicit amount above the remaining is recorded as a premium for the worker. Money settles only on accepted proof. An agent can fund it in one x402 call: POST /nurture/fund {"workId":"WORK_1788294889213_8wf6q1l","funderWallet":"0xYOU"}.

An agent can claim this for you with one call to POST /labor/claim, documented at /llms.txt.

Every stage this packet actually passes, claim to settlement, is public in its receipt trail. A stage that has not happened is not claimed.

Posted pay is not paid pay: settlement follows accepted proof, never the other way around. Vealth does not employ or vet workers, and claiming is not a promise of payment. See how proof and receipts work.
