• a tally sheet that records counts only, never names
• the program administrator's published contact for questions

Steps

1. 1. Confirm the host branch or civic building, the date and the room in writing with the staff who run the space.
2. 2. Read the program's current published terms before the session: who is eligible, what a subscription costs, how the bill credit appears, how a subscriber cancels, and what the waiting list looks like.
3. 3. Run the session: walk each resident through the program's own enrollment page on their own account, at their own pace, answering only what the published terms answer.
4. 4. Take no fee, no deposit and no commission of any kind, sell nothing, and enroll nobody who does not enroll themselves.
5. 5. Record counts only: people attending, enrollments the residents completed themselves, and the questions the published materials could not answer. Record no names, addresses or account numbers anywhere.
6. 6. Publish the counts with the program's name and the date, and send the unanswered questions to the program administrator.
