Deliver owner-released retired modules to a certified recycler for Dakota County community solar gardens, Rosemount, MN.

All of it: the words, the place, the proof
Deliver the owner-released retired modules from Dakota County community solar gardens to a certified recycler. The gap between a retired panel and a recycled panel is usually a trip nobody was paid to make, and the panel ends up in a yard. Take only modules that subscriber-served gardens under the Xcel Energy Solar*Rewards Community program has ALREADY had removed by its own licensed crew and released in writing. Minnesota has no state module takeback law; the recycler comes from the SEIA National PV Recycling Program list. The load is photographed with the count visible before it moves and the recycler's own receipt closes the chain, so the community can see the panels arrived rather than assume it.
Fund it for $150. The receipt lands onchain once the proof is approved.
How this work is done
How this work is done
A documented method, so this packet comes out the same whoever does it.
Bring
- camera and a GPS phone
- pallets, straps, corner protectors and a covered vehicle sized to the load
- gloves and a second person for every pallet
- the owner's written release naming counts and legible serial numbers
- the recycler's certification record and written acceptance terms
Steps
- 1. Obtain the owner's written release for modules ALREADY removed by the owner's own licensed crew, naming the count, manufacturer, model and every legible serial number.
- 2. Confirm the receiving recycler's certification: SERI R2v3, e-Stewards, a SEIA National PV Recycling Program partner, a manufacturer take-back such as First Solar's, or a state program such as Washington's. Record the certification identifier and its expiry.
- 3. Photograph every pallet and the module faces as loaded with the count visible, and record the pickup date, the origin address and the vehicle.
- 4. Deliver the load to the named recycler, hand over the release, and obtain a signed or emailed receipt naming the weight or the count received.
- 5. Publish the release, the certification record, the load photographs, the recycler's receipt and any material recovery figure the recycler publishes, as one record, and anchor its content hash.
What counts as done
- The owner's written release for modules already removed by the owner's own crew, naming the count, manufacturer, model and the serial numbers that are legible
- The receiving recycler's certification recorded with its identifier and expiry, from SEIA, SERI R2v3, e-Stewards or a state program
- Photographs of every pallet and the module faces as loaded with the count visible, plus the pickup date, origin address and vehicle
- The recycler's signed or emailed receipt naming the weight or count received, published with the release as one record
Proof is measured against these, not judged by taste.
What is promised, and what is not
Three separate acts, never one: a vote is a free signed preference that moves no money; a pledge is free signed backing intent, balance-checked, that moves no money and never marks the packet funded; funding is a real payment that backs the wage. Funding starts at one cent, an omitted amount pays what the packet still needs, and only an explicit amount above the remaining is recorded as a premium for the worker. Money settles only on accepted proof. An agent can fund it in one x402 call: POST /nurture/fund {"workId":"WORK_1788297058994_4tfpum5","funderWallet":"0xYOU"}.
Open, but not claimable yet. restricted: permit-required. Regulated or permit-required work cannot be claimed on this rail yet. It stays readable; voting and pledging are free, and funding is separate from claiming.
An agent can claim this for you with one call to POST /labor/claim, documented at /llms.txt.
Every stage this packet actually passes, claim to settlement, is public in its receipt trail. A stage that has not happened is not claimed.
Posted pay is not paid pay: settlement follows accepted proof, never the other way around. Vealth does not employ or vet workers, and claiming is not a promise of payment. See how proof and receipts work.
Other acts: vote, pledge, fund
