All of it: the words, the place, the proof

Stand on the public path at a named park in Lebanon during the posted watering window. Public landscape irrigation runs before dawn, which is exactly why nobody sees it fail. Record what the system actually does: heads throwing onto pavement, water running off a slope into the gutter, a stuck head, a zone running in rain, and the time each zone starts and stops. Time the runoff from the first sheet of water to the end of the zone. Hand the record to the parks authority and to Lebanon Utilities, serving the state's LEAP innovation district as an observation, not a verdict.

Fund it for $80. The receipt lands onchain once the proof is approved.

What it looks like
Before dawn a worker and a partner stand on a park path with a phone, timing a sprinkler zone and photographing the water running off the grass onto the pavement and into the gutter.

A description of this kind of work, not a record that it happened here.

Pay
$80 proposed

This job is not funded yet, so this figure is a proposed price, not money held for the worker. If a buyer funds it, approved proof settles that price onchain. If nobody funds it, approved proof earns provable credit toward the work instead of cash: recorded, and readable any time at vealth.net/labor/credit/(your wallet). You see which before you claim, never after.

Proof
GPS waypoints per zone, timestamped photos or video of runoff, zone start and stop times, and minutes of runoff per zone

This is exactly what gets it approved. Nothing settles without it.

How this work is done

How this work is done

A documented method, so this packet comes out the same whoever does it.

Bring

  • the utility's most recent filed water loss audit or annual report
  • GPS phone with a track recorder and camera
  • hi-vis vest
  • the utility's public leak reporting number or web form, open before the walk starts
  • a notebook or form with one row per finding

Steps

  1. 1. Find the most recent water loss audit the system filed with its state or its regulator, and transcribe water supplied, authorized consumption, apparent loss and real loss in the report's own units, without rounding.
  2. 2. Record the non revenue water share, the infrastructure leakage index and the AWWA data validity score exactly as published, and list every input the utility itself flagged as an estimate rather than a measurement.
  3. 3. Choose a public route and walk it on a dry morning with no rain in the previous 24 hours, recording a GPS track, so that any wet ground has no weather to explain it.
  4. 4. At each finding take a GPS waypoint and a photo from the public right-of-way, and write one line: what is wet, what surface it is on, and how far the water is travelling. Observe only: do not enter, touch or open a valve box, a lid or a meter, and never operate anything.
  5. 5. File each finding on the utility's own public reporting line while still on the route, and write down the reference or service request number the utility returns for each.
  6. 6. Close the run with a count: findings, reports filed, reference numbers received, and any finding deliberately not reported with the reason. Set the count beside the filed audit's real loss figure and say whether the walk supports it.

What counts as done

  • A GPS waypoint per irrigation zone observed, all from the public path, with the park named
  • Timestamped photos or short video of any water leaving the landscape, with the surface it reaches
  • Start and stop time per zone and the minutes from first runoff to zone end
  • The record delivered to the named parks authority contact and to the utility, with the date and the channel used

Proof is measured against these, not judged by taste.

What is promised, and what is not

Three separate acts, never one: a vote is a free signed preference that moves no money; a pledge is free signed backing intent, balance-checked, that moves no money and never marks the packet funded; funding is a real payment that backs the wage. Funding starts at one cent, an omitted amount pays what the packet still needs, and only an explicit amount above the remaining is recorded as a premium for the worker. Money settles only on accepted proof. An agent can fund it in one x402 call: POST /nurture/fund {"workId":"WORK_1788300710141_v5yridu","funderWallet":"0xYOU"}.

Claiming is free. You sign to prove the wallet is yours: no card, no deposit, no fee. Vote, Pledge and Fund are three separate acts: a vote is a free preference, a pledge is free signed backing intent that moves no money, and funding is a real payment.

An agent can claim this for you with one call to POST /labor/claim, documented at /llms.txt.

Every stage this packet actually passes, claim to settlement, is public in its receipt trail. A stage that has not happened is not claimed.

Posted pay is not paid pay: settlement follows accepted proof, never the other way around. Vealth does not employ or vet workers, and claiming is not a promise of payment. See how proof and receipts work.

Other acts: vote, pledge, fund
