1. Walk each assigned block face and photograph the streetscape.
2. Record every existing street tree with condition, every empty planting cut, and every plantable parkway gap.
3. Note overhead wires, hydrants, driveways, and signs that constrain each site.
4. Mark GPS for each plantable site on the shared map or sheet.
5. Photograph representative sites and submit the completed block map.
