Confirm the invitation and photograph each vent reachable from ground or a sub-6-ft stepladder.
Cut 1/8-inch galvanized mesh to cover each opening with overlap.
Fasten mesh flat with screws and washers, keeping airflow open.
Flag high gable vents for the crew list.
Photograph each screened vent and log the count.
