Set containment sheeting and warning tape per RRP around each work area.
Mist, wet-scrape, and wet-sand the failing areas, never dry-sand or power-grind.
Prime and topcoat the stabilized surfaces and clean up with HEPA vacuum and wet wipe per RRP.
Photograph containment, each stabilized area, and the cleanup verification with GPS and date.
