What the work involves

Washington, DC is home to the American College of Cardiology (ACC), confirmed via WebFetch to Wikipedia: headquartered at 2400 N St NW, the other of the two societies that directly co-issued this standard's own 2026 ACC/AHA/Multisociety Dyslipidemia Guideline (Blumenthal et al. Circulation. 2026;153(17):e1154-e1276). No honesty-limit caveat needed: ACC is one of this standard's own two explicitly named co-issuing societies, the same tier as the existing Dallas tile's AHA connection. Distinct from the existing Chicago (national baseline), Cleveland (Cleveland Clinic's own Lp(a) HORIZON treatment trial), and Dallas (AHA, the guideline's other co-issuing society and Circulation's publisher) tiles -- Washington, DC is the guideline's second named co-issuer's own headquarters. Lp(a) is a largely genetic, independent driver of heart attack and stroke that most people never have measured, yet the guideline this packet applies recommends every adult check it at least once.

Pay
$380 proposed

This packet is not funded yet, so this figure is a proposed price and not money waiting in escrow. If a buyer funds it, approved proof settles that price onchain. If nobody funds it, approved proof earns provable credit toward the work instead of cash — recorded, and readable any time at vealth.net/labor/credit/(your wallet). You see which before you claim, never after.

Proof
Accredited-lab Lp(a) (mg/dL or nmol/L) with reference range + note that it is a one-time genetic measure, routed to a clinician for risk interpretation with no treatment advice

This is exactly what gets it approved. Nothing settles without it.

How this work is done

A documented method, so this packet comes out the same whoever does it.

Bring

  • accredited-lab requisition (Lp(a))
  • chain-of-custody label
  • assay-unit reference (mg/dL vs nmol/L)

Steps

  1. 1. Arrange an Lp(a) draw through an accredited lab (fasting not required).
  2. 2. Capture Lp(a) with the assay units (mg/dL or nmol/L) and reference range.
  3. 3. Note that this is a one-time genetic measure that generally does not need repeating.
  4. 4. Compare to the elevated-risk threshold (~>50 mg/dL / ~>125 nmol/L).
  5. 5. Attach the report; log value, units, and threshold; route to a clinician for interpretation. No treatment advice.

What counts as done

  • Lp(a) (mg/dL or nmol/L) from an accredited lab with reference range and assay units
  • Recorded as a once-in-a-lifetime genetic measure (no need to repeat absent a reason)
  • Result compared to the elevated-risk threshold and routed to a clinician for interpretation

Proof is measured against these, not judged by taste.

The money and the proof

What is promised, and what is not.

Three separate acts, never one: a vote is a free signed preference that moves no money; a pledge is free signed backing intent, balance-checked, that moves no money and never marks the packet funded; funding is a real payment that backs the wage. Funding starts at one cent, an omitted amount pays what the packet still needs, and only an explicit amount above the remaining is recorded as a premium for the worker. Money settles only on accepted proof. An agent can fund it in one x402 call: POST /nurture/fund {"workId":"WORK_1788681681979_out13cy","funderWallet":"0xYOU"}.

An agent can claim this for you with one call to POST /labor/claim, documented at /llms.txt.

Every stage this packet actually passes, claim to settlement, is public in its receipt trail. A stage that has not happened is not claimed.

Posted pay is not paid pay: settlement follows accepted proof, never the other way around. Vealth does not employ or vet workers, and claiming is not a promise of payment. See how proof and receipts work.
