What the work involvesGeneva, Switzerland is home to the World Health Organization, confirmed via WebFetch to Wikipedia earlier this session: the other of the two authorities directly named in this standard's own T-score thresholds (WHO/ISCD osteopenia -1 to -2.5, osteoporosis <=-2.5) -- the WHO T-score classification for osteoporosis is one of its own most widely used diagnostic frameworks in skeletal health. No honesty-limit caveat needed: WHO is directly named in this standard's own thresholds, the same tier as the existing Middletown tile's ISCD connection. Distinct from the existing Denver (national baseline), Middletown (ISCD, the standard's other named co-source), and Baltimore (NIA/BLSA cohort research) tiles -- Geneva is the WHO T-score framework's own issuing organization's headquarters. Osteoporosis is silent until a fracture, and a hip fracture in later life carries mortality comparable to some cancers.
How this work is done
A documented method, so this packet comes out the same whoever does it.
Bring
- DEXA scan appointment
- scan/report printout
- prior BMD for trend if available
Steps
- 1. Arrange a DEXA BMD scan of spine and hip through a clinic.
- 2. Capture the T-scores per site with the reference database used.
- 3. Classify per WHO/ISCD (normal > -1; osteopenia -1 to -2.5; osteoporosis <= -2.5).
- 4. Note fracture history and major risk factors for the clinician (do not compute FRAX as advice).
- 5. Attach the report; log T-scores, sites, and classification; route to a clinician if osteopenic/osteoporotic.
What counts as done
- DEXA BMD T-scores for spine and hip with the scan report
- Sites and reference database noted
- T-scores compared to WHO/ISCD thresholds (osteopenia -1 to -2.5; osteoporosis <=-2.5)
Proof is measured against these, not judged by taste.
What is promised, and what is not.
Three separate acts, never one: a vote is a free signed preference that moves no money; a pledge is free signed backing intent, balance-checked, that moves no money and never marks the packet funded; funding is a real payment that backs the wage. Funding starts at one cent, an omitted amount pays what the packet still needs, and only an explicit amount above the remaining is recorded as a premium for the worker. Money settles only on accepted proof. An agent can fund it in one x402 call: POST /nurture/fund {"workId":"WORK_1788681688487_wqgtwu1","funderWallet":"0xYOU"}.
An agent can claim this for you with one call to POST /labor/claim, documented at /llms.txt.
Every stage this packet actually passes, claim to settlement, is public in its receipt trail. A stage that has not happened is not claimed.
Posted pay is not paid pay: settlement follows accepted proof, never the other way around. Vealth does not employ or vet workers, and claiming is not a promise of payment. See how proof and receipts work.
