What the work involvesChronological age is fixed; biological age is not. A validated DNA-methylation clock (and/or telomere length) estimates biological vs chronological age and, tracked over time, tells whether the whole protocol is actually moving the needle. Reused an already-verified fact for this tile rather than researching a brand-new one: confirmed earlier this session (for the sibling `homocysteine_methylation` standard) that Boston University has served as the Framingham Heart Study's own academic partner institution since 1971, distinct from the study's namesake town of Framingham itself. HONESTY LIMIT stated directly: BU's real, verified partnership role with the Framingham Heart Study (the same cohort behind this standard's own GrimAge citation, Lu et al. 2019) is confirmed, but this session could not independently confirm that the GrimAge paper's specific authors were BU-affiliated rather than at other FHS-partner institutions, so this connects to a real, verified academic co-sponsor of the citation's own cohort, not a confirmed personal author affiliation. A genuinely distinct real institution from the existing Boston (this standard's own national-style baseline city, no specific landmark), Framingham (the GrimAge citation's own literal cohort town), and Los Angeles (Horvath/UCLA, a different citation's own senior author) tiles -- Boston University is the cohort's own academic co-sponsoring institution, a distinct category from every existing tile.
How this work is done
A documented method, so this packet comes out the same whoever does it.
Bring
- validated DNAm/telomere test kit or accredited lab
- chain-of-custody / mailer
- prior result for trend if available
Steps
- 1. Collect the sample per the validated kit (usually a blood spot or saliva) or arrange a lab draw; follow handling exactly.
- 2. Record the specific clock/method used (clocks are not interchangeable).
- 3. Capture the reported biological age (and/or telomere length) with the method's reference framing.
- 4. Compute the biological-vs-chronological age gap.
- 5. Frame explicitly as a research-grade longitudinal trend; attach the report and sign it. Make no clinical decision from a single value.
What counts as done
- DNAm biological age (and/or telomere length) from a validated method, with the specific clock named
- Biological-vs-chronological age gap computed
- Explicit framing as a research-grade longitudinal trend, not a clinical diagnosis
Proof is measured against these, not judged by taste.
What is promised, and what is not.
Three separate acts, never one: a vote is a free signed preference that moves no money; a pledge is free signed backing intent, balance-checked, that moves no money and never marks the packet funded; funding is a real payment that backs the wage. Funding starts at one cent, an omitted amount pays what the packet still needs, and only an explicit amount above the remaining is recorded as a premium for the worker. Money settles only on accepted proof. An agent can fund it in one x402 call: POST /nurture/fund {"workId":"WORK_1788759019375_tn4ajkr","funderWallet":"0xYOU"}.
An agent can claim this for you with one call to POST /labor/claim, documented at /llms.txt.
Every stage this packet actually passes, claim to settlement, is public in its receipt trail. A stage that has not happened is not claimed.
Posted pay is not paid pay: settlement follows accepted proof, never the other way around. Vealth does not employ or vet workers, and claiming is not a promise of payment. See how proof and receipts work.
