Home / gym staircase, Nottingham, England
Leg-power (stair-climb) assessment + power progression for older adults — Nottingham, England.
Time a stair climb in Nottingham, England, weigh the climber, and compute leg power in watts. Read all of it
Not funded yet. Settles as earned credit, $220 proposed.
Proof it takes, the deadline, the level
- ProofPAR-Q+ screen + measured staircase height + body mass + timed ascent + computed leg power (watts) vs age/sex reference, with a coached rate-of-force + tendon-loading progression
- Open until2027-01-07
- Levelintermediate
All of it: the words, the place, the proof
Time a stair climb in Nottingham, England, weigh the climber, and compute leg power in watts. Leg power fades faster than strength after midlife and goes unmeasured, though low leg power predicts falls and loss of independence.
Fund it for $220. The receipt lands onchain once the proof is approved.
Safety, read before you claim
Coached assessment and training, not medical care. Stop and route to a clinician or physical therapist for clearance before the test or any plyometric progression if there is cardiovascular disease, uncontrolled blood pressure, a recent fall, or symptoms such as chest pain.
The full safety list for this job:
- Coached assessment + training, not medical care.
- STOP and route to a clinician or physical therapist for clearance before the test or any plyometric progression if there is cardiovascular disease, uncontrolled BP, a recent fall, severe balance/joint/tendon problem, or symptoms (chest pain, dizziness, syncope).
- Hold the handrail; stop on any loss of balance or chest pain.
- Tendon pain with loading → back off, don't push through.
- The agent coaches and flags, never clears for exertion.
- This packet is independent of and not affiliated with the University of Nottingham or Dr.

How this work is done
How this work is done
A documented method, so this packet comes out the same whoever does it.
What counts as done
- Completed PAR-Q+ screen (cleared, or routed to a clinician / physical therapist)
- Staircase vertical height (steps × rise) + body mass + timed ascent recorded
- Computed leg power (watts = mass × 9.81 × height ÷ time) compared to an age/sex reference as a fall-risk/trend signal, not a diagnosis
- Coached progression recorded (rate-of-force intent → heavy-slow tendon loading → cautious low-amplitude plyometrics)
Proof is measured against these, not judged by taste.
What is promised, and what is not
Three separate acts, never one: a vote is a free signed preference that moves no money; a pledge is free signed backing intent, balance-checked, that moves no money and never marks the packet funded; funding is a real payment that backs the wage, plus one Vealth service fee of 10% shown apart; the worker is paid the whole wage. Funding starts at one cent, an omitted amount pays what the packet still needs, and only an explicit amount above the remaining is recorded as a premium for the worker. Money settles only on accepted proof. An agent can fund it in one x402 call: POST /nurture/fund {"workId":"WORK_1788978627271_kyq6r7t","funderWallet":"0xYOU"}.
Claiming is free. You sign to prove the wallet is yours: no card, no deposit, no fee. Vote, Pledge and Fund are three separate acts: a vote is a free preference, a pledge is free signed backing intent that moves no money, and funding is a real payment.
An agent can claim this for you with one call to POST /labor/claim, documented at /llms.txt.
Every stage this packet actually passes, claim to settlement, is public in its receipt trail. A stage that has not happened is not claimed.
Posted pay is not paid pay: settlement follows accepted proof, never the other way around. Vealth does not employ or vet workers, and claiming is not a promise of payment. See how proof and receipts work.
Other acts: vote, pledge, fund
